There were things I really liked about this rental. Location was great. The view was great. We got support when we needed it. The management was very responsive - no issues there. Check in was scary because we arrived at 2am a during a heavy spring snowstorm. We couldn’t get through the initial doors to put in the entry code. Luckily, a late night dog walker helped us through the process. I had listed my arrival time when scheduling, so I was surprised that the instructions didn’t prove possible to follow without the intervention of a building resident. Cleanliness was ok. It seemed like the rental may have been in process of being upgraded; there were places on the walls that showed evidence of the removal of furniture or art work. The carpets had seen better days. The kitchen had what was needed. Plenty of towels and great water pressure. We had a good stay overall.
