Welcome to your perfect Breckenridge mountain getaway! Nestled on Ski Hill Road near the base of iconic Peak 8, our bright and beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers the ideal blend of location, comfort, and alpine charm.

Located just a short block from the free Breckenridge shuttle, you're conveniently connected to both downtown and the mountain. Take a quick ride into town for dining, shopping, or après-ski fun—or hop just up the road to the gondola for effortless access to the Peak 8 base area. Whether you're skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or biking, everything is just minutes from your door.

Situated on the third (top) floor, our unit enjoys exclusive vaulted ceilings that make it feel extra spacious and bright. Unlike many other units in the complex, we benefit from eight bonus windows high in the vault that flood the space with natural light throughout the day—even during snowy mountain mornings.

Inside, the condo is tastefully decorated with a mountain-modern aesthetic and was significantly updated in 2021 to include fresh finishes and quality furnishings. The open layout features a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living area with smart TV, and cozy dining space—all designed to help you relax and recharge after a day of adventure.

Everything was great, perfect spot to spend a ski getaway. Really enjoyed the hot tubs and sauna, however not private was rarely being used by others.

We're glad William's crew had a great stay and was able to enjoy the hot tub located on the ground floor of our building. It's really nice that our guests don't have to walk to one of the other buildings in the community to enjoy one of the hot tubs or saunas.

This is a great condo with very convenient gold line bus service both to peak 8 and downtown. The natural light in the unit is spectacular and the hosts provided all information needed for a comfortable stay. Parking and ski locker were conveniently located to the unit. Would definitely return.

Great condo in an excellent location. Unit was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Shuttle pickup is very close and only one stop away from Peaks 7 & 8. Would definitely stay there again!
