Holiday house Jurmalas Priedes (Seaside Pines) is located in pine forest 150 m from sandy beach. My family (we live in another house on the same plot of land) warmly welcomes you all year round. We provide all the necessary amenities, and you can always reach us if necessary. Free parking and free Wi-Fi internet also are provided. Almost private white sandy beach is just across the dune!
Holiday Home consists of two independent parts, and thus suitable for families with grandparents, two families or group of friends. Main living part has sleeping arrangements for 4 people - large double bed (160x200 cm) in bedroom, and very comfortable fully convertible sofa in living room. Another part of the house has wood heated sauna, billiards, and sleeping arrangements for 3 additional people - large double bed (160x200 cm) and convertible sofa (130x190 cm). Both double beds have firm pocket spring mattresses, that are great for your spine's health. Please note, that both parts are equal size (50 sq.m. each) and not connected inside the building.

Alles bestens
Alles bestens, die Ostsee ist nur wenige Minuten durch den Wald zu erreichen. Ein Hotel mit Frühstück und Mittagsbuffet und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen sind in der Nähe. Unterkunft auch mit dem Bus aus Riga gut erreichbar.

Wunderbare Tage in Apsuciems
Das Haus ist sehr großzügig gebaut und ausgestattet.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt.
Agris ist ein außerordentlich hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber und jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle.
Besonders hatte es unseren Kinder das Billard-Tischtennis-Set angetan.

Nah am Strand, idyllisch im Wald gelegen
Wer ein ruhiges Häuschen mitten im Wald und in Strandnähe sucht, ist hiermit gut beraten. Agris ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, immer erreichbar.
Was man wissen muss: Die beiden Hausteile sind nicht verbunden, was bei Regen etwas mühsam sein kann. Auch die Bettenaufteilung ist je nach Konstellation ungünstig. Denn die Doppelcouch in der Küche ist nicht wirklich gemütlich (sehr helle Beleuchtung, kein indirektes Licht möglich, Kühlschrank teilweise recht laut). Die beiden normalen Doppelbetten sind total hart (null Federung), weshalb wir nicht gut geschlafen haben (obwohl wir keine Rückenprobleme haben). Wenn man sich aber vorab darauf einstellen kann, dann ist es schon toll, im Garten die Heidelbeeren fürs Frühstück zu pflücken, in der Sauna zu entspannen oder mal wieder Biliard zu spielen.

Just few quick notes. We were sorry to learn, that the beds were too hard for you, but this is one thing, where people really do have different preferences. Both our double beds have pocket spring mattresses, which are firm, healthy for your spine and considered comfortable by most. They are also more expensive than usual coil spring mattresses. We use such one on our own bed as well. And they DO have suspension, of course!
The house layout (two independent parts) was written in description. I agree, that in some situations this might be a disadvantage, whereas at others it could be more of a benefit (for example, more than one family, or family with older kids, grandparents etc.).

Oase der Ruhe am schönsten Strand
Wunderbar gelegen, etwas abseits des Ortes aber gut Fuß läufig zu erreichen. Keine Verkehrsgeräusche, nur das Meeresrauschen. Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen der traumhaften Landschaft aber auch von Riga. Die Wohnung im eigenen Haus auf dem Grundstück der sehr freundlichen und sehr zurückhaltenden Vermieter ist sehr komfortabel, tolle Betten, Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern, komplette Ausstattung. Eine perfekte Oase zur Erholung!
