Welcome to Casa Uva Verde! Our modern Chardonnay apartment, is centrally located on Curaçao, just 2 minutes from Mambo Beach and under 10 minutes from Willemstad. You’re close to everything, yet enjoy peace and privacy.
Take a refreshing dip in the pool, relax on your private terrace with a tropical breeze, and experience the true island vibe, dushi bida!
Casa Uva Verde consists of a main house and two apartments (Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio), each with its own entrance and plenty of privacy.
In the Chardonnay apartment, you’ll enjoy complete comfort with:
✔ A luxurious king-size box spring (extra long) with high-quality linen
✔ An extra single bed
✔ Air conditioning in the bedroom
✔ A cozy sitting area with a smart TV
✔ A fully equipped kitchen
✔ Towels ánd beach towels
✔ Two private terraces
✔ A private parking space
We also take care of:
✔ Fresh towels twice a week
✔ Fresh bed linen once a week
During these visits, we do a light cleaning so you can relax and enjoy a comfortable stay.
A washing machine is available on the property and can be used for a small fee.
You have your own private entrance to the apartment and can enjoy the tropical garden and shared swimming pool. The spacious property (1,100 m²) ensures plenty of peace and privacy.
Electricity is expensive on Curaçao. Each apartment includes 10 kWh per night, which is usually more than enough. Any additional usage is charged at €0.50 per kWh. Meter readings are taken at the beginning and end of your stay.
