Hey friends, welcome to Maggie’s Place to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet

Your Rogersville adventure begins at this lovely 3-bedroom house. Inside, guests will find 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 trundle bed and a pack n play for your infant, perfect for a family getaway. With amenities like heating, AC, games, a fire pit with a corn hole game and a black stone for outdoor cooking. The 2 bathrooms offer a shower and a hair dryer for added convenience. We offer a loaded coffee bar , air fryer, magic bullet and all new appliances. We offer miscellaneous breakfast snacks along with a variety of other snacks including salty, sweet and healthy. Pulling a camper or trailer? Plenty of parking! Like to bike? The home is located on a bike route from Springfield Nature Center to Rogersville (approx 10 mile ride one way) and the Nature Center (5 miles) has beautiful walking trails. We are also located close to ( approx 5 miles) James River for fishing and canoeing.

I love corresponding with people back and forth and getting to know where they are from or where they are going! I am not a traveler myself so it is like meeting people from other areas that I may never get to go to.

Why they chose this property

The quiet and how all the houses sit on 5 acres so we are all far apart but yet close enough to enjoy good neighbors !

What makes this property unique

Our property consists of five wide open, quiet and peaceful acres. Quiet neighbors and a barn cat who has made this her home for 15 years. She may visit you in the evenings but please don’t feed or let her in the house! She is very gentle. Her name is “baby”! However if you or your guests are allergic to cats let us know and we will remove her for your stay! In the quiet of the evening or a crisp early morning you may see a deer or two but they are just traveling through that is until the apples and pears are ripe then they may enjoy a snack with you. Relax take a deep breathe and enjoy the peace - YOU deserve it!
