The property description and photos are very misleading. This is a rundown duplex that's been converted into a single residence for rent. The property had trash around the outside, an old pool filled in with dirt, and fences falling down. It was obvious no one has been inside in a long time. There were numerous live roaches and spiders that we disposed of. The entire residence smells of mold. They have automatic air fresheners going off to try and cover the smell. The bed linens and towels smell musty. The windows don't have anything to block out the light or for privacy in the bathrooms. Don't be fooled by the pictures. They have just put new finishes in a rundown smelly old house. I would never recommend anyone stay here.
