Timbers 5 condominium looks out over alpine Lake Pagosa from living room, kitchen, loft and even the hot tub, on outdoor screened deck.

Cook, in a kitchen just like home, with most every accoutrement, even an array of spices - as your eye is drawn again, to the alpine lake.

Enjoy outdoors on the back deck Bar-B-Qing or soak in the hot tub, screened-in privacy with an awesome vista: beautiful lake Pagosa.

Free wireless internet throughout - including three queen bed rooms with TV and closet; three full baths, and a laundry. Sleeps 6 adults and there is a sofa bed upstairs suitable for a couple of children.

Within 7 minutes paved road drive: Delightful City Market grocery store, several restaurants, gas…pretty much all you will need.

Downtown Pagosa Springs in twelve minutes, Wolf Creek snow skiing in 45’. Durango and the airport, only an hour.
