"Unbeatable location." 100% of guests in the past year gave our location a 5-star rating. Our Hamptons 5 bedroom home has a private pool, huge chef's kitchen & living area, plus an second kitchen area--ideal for entertaining.
The primary bedroom has a private deck overlooking the pool. Great home for groups or family getaways. And a sun/yoga deck. Closest LIRR station is Bridgehampton.

“We had a fantastic time in the Hamptons staying at James's place.
The place was already really nice in pictures but really exceeded our expectations in person. It was very large, spacious, with super interesting furniture and decorations and so sunny. The location was perfect, we were within 20 minutes of all the places to went to. We had more than enough space for 8 people and very comfortable beds. James and Monika were very responsive and flexible. Super happy we stayed here."
Guest access
Guests have access to house, patio and pool. The basement is not available to guests.
Other things to note
*Utilities are paid by the tenant for rentals longer than 26 days*
This includes, heat, electric, pool heat, pool cleaning, snow shoveling and snow removal.

*Pool heat is not included. The cost of pool heat can be $600 per day, depending on thermostat setting and ambient temperature. Guests must advise host in advance if they want pool heat on and pay $600 deposit for the propane.
