There are 9 lounge chairs, 4 umbrellas and a large teak table that seats 12. The first floor includes a newly renovated gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero/Wolf/Cove appliances, new breakfast room seats 6, dining area seats 8, living room with cathedral ceiling, powder room and large master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Upstairs are four additional bedrooms and two bathrooms.
