Great space and location!

We really enjoyed the roof top pool and the suite. Even though it is close to a lot of bars and restaurants, was quite quiet. Clean and Naya is very responsive to communication.

Beautiful Property for a Relaxing Stay

The building was beautiful but not over the top and not pretentious. The unit was very nice and well appointed with everything that one would need for a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked to make any meal with ease. Communication was great with the property management company. 5 STARS!

Wonderful stay!

Bright, spacious, well-appointed, comfortable unit. Amazing roof-top patio and pool (thankfully it re-opened the day before I arrived). Reasonably quiet considering how close it is to some of the Zona bars/clubs. Naya Homes (management company) representatives were very courteous and quick to respond to questions, concerns.

Great rental and great location

Very smooth and customer friendly experience with Naya! The host met us upon arrival to give us a quick hello and make sure we were all set. They sent a follow up check in message and were quick to reply to a question we had. The location was great with easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool area was great as well. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Impressed with Naya

Great condo with everything I needed for a wonderful week. Great showers, towels, washing machine, stove and cookery. Building is a winner with a rooftop that has lovely sitting areas and wifi in addition to the pool and hot tub. Renting from Naya was a plus as their rep kept in touch before, during and after my stay. It was nice to have him waiting for me in the lobby upon my arrival and stopping by on my departure day. Also, Naya has their own great bottled soaps/shampoos etc. for the shower. Just an FYI, as the balcony facing north off the bedroom, light sleepers will hear some street noise Friday and Saturday nights but it's easily remedied by closing the sliders and using the AC. I'm a light sleeper and I did fine.
