This is a great secluded location with awesome views of the lake. Dont miss sunrise over the lake as its unbelievable. Owners are some of the nicest people Ive ever met and super responsive. Absolutely will stay here again when in the area.

Nice getaway location

Nice property to just get away. The lake with the beach was very nice and relaxing. The owners were very nice and right next door for any questions. The only warning is to pack your own food because there isn't a lot of nearby restraunts or grocery stores. This is truly a place to get away and if you own a boat, it is a plus.

The layout of the house is good for 2 couples traveling together. Enjoyed the yard and the morning view. And a big plus, we all slept good at the house! Owners are great too.

Great please for a change of scenery

This house is great. It is clean, comfy and tucked away. My family and I spent the afternoon on their little lake front "beach" and our evening in the backroom enjoying the breeze and night sky. We definitely recommend and will be returning.

We loved this beautiful home. It was so peaceful and serene. We loved relaxing in the screened porch and the grounds were landscaped beautifully. The hosts were very nice and easy to work with. Hope we get to rent again!

It is Aug 17th now me and my fiancé stayed Aug 14th Fri-Sun the 16th the weather was great it did rain a little but it was still all very beautiful to watch from the back sun room, Mr. Chuck and Miss Connie were absolutely great host, we were aloud to use some of the things that they have there like the kayak that was cool. The home has a very open feel to it and I slept great every night... its crazy though my soon to be really loved it to, they do not do WiFi so you really get to enjoy what you came for the comfort, peace, and each other. Thank you so much Mr. Chuck and Miss Connie for my first getaway ever it was the best. Nicholas & Genesis

Fantastic Location and Wonderful Hosts

The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The location was beautiful and private with a clean lake and a sandy beach. The location is perfect for those enjoying the activities in the area for the 2A community, just 7 miles down the road and you are there. There is a dollar general, grocery store, gas station and a good burger and ice cream joint all within a couple of miles. If you have any hesitation to reserve due to the owners living on site, do not hesitate. They are very amazing hosts, respectful of your privacy and happy to engage in conversation if you want.
