Welcome to your dream home in the heart of Austin! This homes modern architecture, beautiful pool and relaxing hot tub, make this a dream get away. The gated drive way and fenced home offers privacy and comfort. High ceilings, large windows, and open floor plan allows natural light to flood every room creating a space so inviting you wont want to leave. However, if you choose to explore you'll find its minutes away from so many of Austin's favorite hotspots.

This property contains two homes both equipped with separate entrances and yards. The homes can be rented separately or together. This listing is for the main home which can accommodate up to 14 people.

For larger groups we suggest renting both the back and front home. Both homes have their own hot tubs, garages and full kitchens. The secondary home on this property can host 6 people so renting both homes together would accommodate 20 people.

Minutes away from South Congress, Zilker Park, Barton Springs and Downtown Austin there is no better place to be to explore the city. Enjoy everything Austin has to offer from paddle boarding down lady bird lake to the vibrant downtown night life
