About this property
Modern apartment near the center,Pula
We are family from Pula-Istra, Croatia. We want to offer you our nice apartment for 4 persons, which is connected as part of our house with our property land.
To the characteristics of the apartment belong one bedroom with double bed, kitchen connect to living room with futon sofa for two, bathroom,terrace and nice garden with our own homemade vegetables, outdoor fireplace,free wi-fi and a SAT tv.
Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood on the 10 minutes walking distance to the city center and only 2 km to the nearest beach( 10 minutes by car). It's close to the post office,restaurants, hospital, pharmacy, banks and markets.
There is a parking space in our yard and also in front of the house, on the road.
