STUDIO AWESOMENESS FOR YOU LMU SILICON BCH VENICE

This cute Del Rey studio is only 3 miles from the beach and also close to LAX. The studio is accessed by a side gate entrance and is completely private, independent and not accessible from my home.

The studio is fully furnished and has a full size foam mattress bed with a pillow top, a flatscreen TV with WiFi access, a dining table with a microwave, Kcup coffee machine, a full size fridge, and a large armoire. The bathroom is stocked with fluffy thirsty towels and some toiletries.

The cozy room is in a prime location, has side gate access, a cobbled path, a pleasant front garden view from the window, and is walking distance to the Marina Marketplace, and other community resources.

Marina Del Rey, Playa Vista, Culver City, and Venice are exciting nearby locales as well.

LMU is 4 miles (about 6 mins)
LAX is 5 miles (about 15 mins)
VENICE is 4 miles (about 10 mins)
DOWNTOWN is 15 miles (35 mins)
HOLLYWOOD is 15 miles (40 mins)

We have extremely convenient parking, you will never have trouble finding a space, and the weather here is nearly always breezy and temperate unlike further inland. Come experience this room for yourself!

FOR LONG TERM GUESTS:
After your first week, a mini clean with fresh towels and linens will be performed every week on Tuesday for $30.00 per additional week.

DEL REY
Extending from the 405 to Marina Del Rey, Del Rey provides everything you love about LA: the gorgeous beaches, impossibly tall, skinny palm trees, and that laidback atmosphere that no other city does quite like LA. Del Rey is next door to some of the city's most-loved beaches, including Venice Beach and Muscle Beach. Go shopping along the Venice Beach Boardwalk or watch the sailboats from the Marina Del Rey Jetty.

Culver City surrounds Del Rey on three sides. Del Rey is convenient to the Los Angeles International Airport, Loyola Marymount University, and the Ballona Wetlands Ecological Reserve. Del Rey is roughly 12 miles southwest of Downtown Los Angeles, convenient for trips to the STAPLES Center, Microsoft Theater, and the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Loved the privacy and how quiet it was, well except on the 4th of July but that's expected. It was in between all the places we wanted to go. We only really needed a place to shower and sleep, so this was perfect!

This was a great location while I was in town to work the Superbowl halftime show because It is a quick 10-15 min drive from SoFi, is a quiet neighborhood with free parking and has a wonderful, communicative host. And I LOVED the breakfast burrito I got from across the street @ Centinela Cafe!

Even better than the photos

Diggy's place was perfect for my boyfriend and I. It is tiny but has everything you could need and she left really helpful things like masks, toiletries, bottled water and sodas. It was impeccably clean and the bed was super comfy. The location is walkable and there are stores and restaurants nearby. She was accommodating and communicative. I'd definitely stay there again next time I'm in LA :)

Wonderful little place!

I was moving across the country and in town searching for my new home. This was a wonderful home base on the west side of LA to explore all the neighborhoods. The host was very communicative with me and check-in and check-out was effortless. Would definitely recommend if you need a little place to call home for a quick trip to LA on the west side.
