I have been a local since I was 9 years old. My husband came after college in 82. We have been together since 1980. We are addicted to beach volleyball, tennis, pickleball, skiing, biking, and hiking.
Why they chose this property
We love South Mission Beach. The big white sand beaches with lots of volleyball courts and a very bike friendly place to shops and restaurants. This is a perfect vacation spot for families and singles. The weather is great almost all year round. Yes we get occasional storms and rain but most of the time it's great.
What makes this property unique
Off street parking. Onsite laundry. AC. Less than a minute to the beach. New remodel with nice furnishings and good use of space.
