This is a beautiful loft suite with high ceilings, windows with plantation blinds, and a sliding barn door entrance to private bathroom,

There is a ski/snowboard storage in entry, winding staircase, great views from loft and a private entrance. Its charming and cozy with down filled duvets.

The area is one block from the mountain in a quiet cul de sac.

Sweet spot!

This little apt was perfect for us while visiting our kids nearby, over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was comfortable, very clean, had everything we needed. Lots of natural light, which we love. Thanks Rene!!

A Speedgoat Weekend

My husband and I were in Utah to run the Speedgoat Ultra at Snowbird. This location was perfect. A short drive to some nice restaurants recommended by the owner. The loft was clean, comfortable and quiet. We would love to return for ski season.

Loved it

This was a great place to stay. The location is right at the base of little cottonwood canyon which has some of the best hikes in the Wasatch mountains. The owner was helpful and a great communicator. Very clean place with a good amount of space in it. This was my first VRBO experience and it was perfect. I’m never staying in a hotel again ha. If you’re staying in the summer to hike I recommend Bell’s Canyon or the Red Pine hikes. Book this place!

So clean, cozy, welcoming, spacious!

What a lovely find for skiing at Snowbird (and more!) Super clean, so comfortable, well appointed and decorated. Just perfect for 2 or 4! Lovely host, perfect communication & location. So reasonably priced for all the benefits this place offers!

I live here in Cottonwood Heights, Utah and chose this area 20 yrs ago because of the proximity to the ski resorts, high end neighborhood, and easy access to anywhere in the Wasatch Front. I love traveling the world and prefer vacation rentals to hotels because I get more unique experiences. I want to extend that to something wonderful for my own guests.
