Do Not Stay Here

This was without question the worst place I have ever stayed. Yes, the location is great but do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else and just take an Uber to the places you want to go. From no toilet paper to no hot water the place is horrible. It is run down and dirty. The walls are cracked, the doors chipped, bathrooms have mold, things are falling out of the walls and overall in very poor condition. The TV in the small living room did not work, and bedrooms face the street and the walls are thin so good luck getting a good night’s sleep. Due to all of this we left early and asked for a refund which was refused. Simply horrible.

It is one of the few apartments where you can walk to different places such as Gymnasiums, Convenience Stores, Supermarkets, Banks, Restaurants, etc... Usually in Monterrey you need to move everywhere by car, but not if you stay in our apartments
