We’ve been staying at the Banyan for almost 20 years. This is the first time in this unit. We really enjoyed having a ground floor unit and it was outfitted with all the implements you can think of. The only thing missing was a beach umbrella which we rented from the kiosk down the road for a three weeks stay. We would be thrilled to be able to stay in this unit again and again.

Everything was fantastic, and the host was incredibly accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again! We actually stayed at another property for four days before checking in here that we thought would be more high-end, but we ended up loving this place 100 times more. The only minor drawback was that the main road out front was under construction due to flood damage, which was completely out of their control. Parking could be a little hectic at times, and occasionally we had to walk a bit to our vehicle, but we always found parking on the property. Honestly, none of that took away from our experience. Our stay was amazing from start to finish. If you're considering booking this place, just do it—you won't regret it. I promise.The location was everything! While you're not directly on the beach, it is literally just steps away. We loved being within walking distance of so many great restaurants and shops. One of our favorite places for fish tacos, Coconuts, was right around the corner. And if you're staying on a Wednesday, don't miss the vendor market next door. It only happens once a week and is absolutely worth browsing. We had such a great time exploring it and we are already looking forward to coming back!
