The 28 acre, private community hosts an indoor heated pool & spa open, year-round, 1300ft sand beach, 3 tennis courts, a volley-ball court, lakefront gazebo on the point with panoramic views and direct access to snowmobiling on 4th Lake and Trail #5. The town of Inlet, NY is a 0.5 mile walk, on a paved sidewalk from our property. There you will find a beautiful park, grocery store, hardware store, gift shops, library, ice cream stand and much more! This is the perfect Family Resort.

Winter in Upstate New York offers diverse outdoor activities, especially in the Adirondack towns of Old Forge, Inlet, and Eagle Bay. Enjoy skiing at McCauley Mountain or cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at Fern Park and Adirondack Woodcraft Camps. Known as the 'Snowmobiling Capital of the East,' our region features 500 miles of groomed trails. After your adventures, relax at local bars and restaurants or explore the charming streets filled with shops and attractions.

    Girls weekend

    We had a lovely stay at Rocky Point, the place had everything we needed and was so clean. The property was beautiful and well maintained. All of the check in/out people were so very friendly. We will return again for sure.

    Relaxing Time

    While the setting was lovely and the grounds well kept the townhouse we stayed in was comfortable but there were many minor things that were not in top repair. Overall our stay was relaxing and pleasant.

    Great stay

    Everything was exactly as advertised, we had a wonderful stay! The only thing we were disappointed in and the property owners have no control over this.. was the pool/hot tub hours. We booked this property so we could use the hot tub after our skiing days. But the pool and hot tub closed at 4pm. If we had known this we might have chosen something different. Over all a great time!!

    We have been coming here for years. i never stayed in this condo before but it was very kid friendly and we had a great time. our kids loved the bunk beds!!!
