The property consists of a fully equipped kitchen, small dining room, living room with pull out queen sofa, full bath with tub and shower, loft bedroom with queen bed, walk-in closet and a small office off the bedroom. There are televisions located in the living room and bedroom. Outdoor space includes a covered front porch, large backyard and parking for 3 cars.

Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remember Check out is at 10:00am. Before leaving please remember to; load any dishes you may have used in the dish washer and start the dishwasher.
Please leave any dirty towels in the laundry basket provided, and leave all linens on the bed (this makes it easier check over for discoloration or stains.
When leaving please leave the air conditioners set to 74 in the summer and the heat set to 67 in the winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dorothy’s Cottage. We arrived close to 11pm and found it easy to get into the house with the provided code. We had communicated with Jennifer prior to our arrival. So, the extra bed was already made up for us. There were extra linens for the pull out couch, but we ended up not using them. We were there 3 nights and found it very convenient to the IUP campus. The kitchen was well equipped and there was also a washer and dryer for use. My kid enjoyed the desk to do homework. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The area was very quiet, we were able to sleep quite well. We walked to the Jimmy Stewart museum and were surprised with all the info a small museum had. We were within walking distance of IUP. Great brunch and Josephine's. Glad we found Dorothy's cottage.
