Easy to connect with the host. Location was terrific. Loved having a garage to park in. The townhouse layout worked well for us and I loved having a kitchen.

The lights and fan in one of the bedrooms didn't work, the thermostat was preset so we came back to an 80 degree townhome every night. We would turn on the AC only to have it reset to 80 a couple hours later.

Hi Josh, we apologize about the unsatisfactory experience you had with the fan/light combination in the bedroom. We did try to get it corrected in the same day, but it needed to be replaced and we weren’t able to get that done in the same day. It has since been replaced. If you do stay with us again, please let us know about any thermostat/ temperature issues. Since reading this review we have reached out to the utility company to unenroll from their smart thermostat program (that seemed to be causing the issue). We hope you will stay with us again and see the adjustment that have been made. Thank you again.
