All brand new appliances including gas stove/oven, microwave (4 in one), fridge and freezer, ice maker, Capresso coffee and capachino maker, Keurig, washer/gas dryer. Additional fridge/freezer outside for additional refreshments and or frozen bait. Built in brand new propane grill. (no need for a tank, just turn on).
