Located half a block from the 4th and 5th fairways of the semi-private Red Mountain Ranch Golf Course in NE Mesa, this 1500 square foot home is out of the city traffic but conveniently close to desert hiking, Saguaro Lake, great restaurants, shopping, scenic drives and many golf courses.
On a corner lot with a private backyard and no neighbor in back – backyard looks over pleasant ravine filled with cactus, plants and birds. Fantastic sunsets every night in backyard facing directly west towards Phoenix.
A short 3 minute drive and you're on the Loop 202 freeway to access any part of the Phoenix/Scottsdale metro area whether you seek golf, a Spring Training ballgame, ASU events, shopping, live theatre, museums, lively Scottsdale nightlife or the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport which is a 25 minute drive.
WIFI, cable, HDTV & 2 flat screen TV's included.
Fully furnished patio and covered back veranda.

LIVING ROOM is furnished with comfortable matching sofas and leather chair along with tables and lamps. This room adjoins the dining area with a dark wood table with 5 chairs, but seats 6 comfortably.

Efficient laundry hides behind sliding door off the kitchen.

Walking is safe and enjoyable in our friendly neighborhood. Scenic drives, restaurants and shopping are nearby. This is a non-smoking unit.

Love Mesa and this home was an ideal location. The home is tastefully decorated inside and out. The kitchen was stocked with everthing we needed. Shopping and delightful restaurants were nearby. Be sure to check Brio Tuscan Grille at the San Tan Mall. Don't let the location fool you. The owners were helpful and very friendly. Beautiful mountain views. We enjoyed several golf games at some of the best courses. Have already booked a return visit.

Perfect space, perfect location

My husband and I enjoyed at glorious month here. The house was just perfect for us — it had everything we needed, and seemed spacious and so well laid out. Whether we were watching TV, or having dinner, or working remotely or lounging in the backyard …. All so upscale, comfortable, clean, and just nice to hang out at. The location was perfect — in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood, just minutes to some fabulous hiking and outdoor areas. Phoenix and Scottsdale were both a quick and easy drive due to the well-planned road system. The owner Ray was so easy and friendly to deal with; helpful and kind.

Access to three top notch golf courses within 5 minutes. Fantastic shopping facilities everywhere and great restaurants. Area is very quiet and safe and easily accessible through the greater Phoenix area's fantastic ring road system.
