The surrounding area is famous for its rich history, beautiful scenery, and exquisite food and wine. Since Ancient Roman times, the area’s cool climate has attracted aristocrats and noblemen, including the Popes, who have a summer residence in nearby Castle Gandolfo (20 km away from the villa).

The house includes 4 bedrooms, 3 with en-suite bathrooms, plus an additional room with a sofa bed. Common areas comprise a kitchen with an adjoining terrace, a bright dining room, a large living room with a fireplace and a panoramic window overlooking the garden, a bathroom.

The well-kept garden features a lawn with various seating arrangements. The pool and jacuzzi area includes an outdoor shower and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the shade of an olive tree on a hot summer day. The SPA area, located near the pool, consists of a detached house with a dry sauna, steam room, bathroom, shower, and relaxation room. A clay tennis court is located in the lower courtyard. Rackets and balls are provided.

Additionally, there is a covered parking area that can accommodate between 2 and 4 cars.
