I am half Puerto Rican and love helping people enjoy this beautiful island! I am an avid traveler (I've been to almost 40 countries at this point) and love to explore new foods and cultures. I am also addicted to beach volleyball and play guitar and drums.
Why they chose this property
Located on a quiet, residential street, I love how peaceful this neighborhood is, while also being within walking distance of the beach and great bars and restaurants
What makes this property unique
One of my favorite things about this property is that there is an undeveloped large field behind the house with cows that sometimes come up to the fence. On top of this, the house has a solar water heater, which gets very hot, even at night.
