Located on a quiet, residential street, I love how peaceful this neighborhood is, while also being within walking distance of the beach and great bars and restaurants

What makes this property unique

One of my favorite things about this property is that there is an undeveloped large field behind the house with cows that sometimes come up to the fence. On top of this, the house has a solar water heater, which gets very hot, even at night.
