KITCHEN & DINING:
Fully Stocked Kitchen
Huge dining room table in kitchen for entertaining
Separate Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer
In the kitchen, the view of the live oaks make every meal prep a pleasure. The songbirds, chickens and deer right outside the kitchen window will keep you entertained as you wait on that fresh coffee to brew or next round of drinks to blend. You will want to grab your first cup of coffee and wake up sitting on the dock or enjoy a glass of wine watching the sunset. The outdoor grill and entertainment screen house is nestled under live oaks and the scenic marsh in the background. Feel free to stretch out in the hammock basking in the sun or cozy up by the firepit at night looking at the stars.
BEDROOM AND BATHROOMS:
The huge master suite is a cozy romantic flare complementing the antique history cottage. The master suite includes a private master bath including a shower and soak claw foot tub under the skylight window. Light some candles, pour a glass of wine, and let your worries and beach salt melt away while listening to the birds sing or enjoy the Bluetooth built in speaker of your choice.
The secondary suites both double beds are cozy in the living room with privacy curtains. This is a children’s or teenagers dream feeling the camping vibe. The secondary bathroom is accessed off the kitchen and includes a shower and laundry room with separate door connection.
OUTDOOR:
Last but certainly not least: You’ll likely spend as much time as possible reveling in the dock view and engaging the outdoor spaces both day and night. The chickens will graze, we ask that you please don’t feed them. Feel free to grab any fresh eggs in the coops but be sure to follow cleaning instructions that are listed on the side of the refrigerator.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire 16 acres property. The wooded area bumps up to the neighbor’s road and water on property goes all the way to the bridge which you can see from the dock and includes the inlet by the bridge.
Other things to note
