Bring the whole family to this beautiful comfortable house in prestigious Condado Santa Elena. 25 minutes to Surf City, and other beaches in La Libertad, 40 minutes from airport, 5 minutes to US embassy. All the entertainment and night life of San Salvador, prestigious Zona Rosa, shopping malls and supermarkets are also nearby. About 2 minutes to the right of Texaco is Plaza Paradiso, where you can eat, buy beer, there are hair salons. Free health clinic across from gas station.

4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. All bathrooms are fully equipped. Additionally, there is a guest half bath on the 1st floor, as well as 1 bedroom with a queen size bed.
All bedrooms on 2nd floor have TVs.
A/C in all rooms. Black out curtains thru the house.
