The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Replace any moved furniture/items to the original location.
- Activate all ceiling fans to ventilate the home at least 30 minutes before leaving.
- Turn off all lights, TVs, etc.
- Set both thermostats to 73* in the warmer months or 65* in the cooler months
- Return remotes to their proper places. They are all labeled.
- Lost remotes will be charged at $50 ea.
- Make sure you have collected all of your clothing, electronics and valuables. Lost & found items can be returned for $25 + shipping expense.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
