This peaceful house features 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, perfect for a serene getaway. The home is equipped with Central Air/Heating, Washer/Dryer unit, Refrigerator, Microwave, Stove, Oven and Dishwasher.A work desk is also available. Guest can relax and unwind in this enjoyable space or relax on the backyard deck. There will be no immediate neighbors and the house is on a corner lot. The house is located right off the freeway giving guest immediate access to the freeway. Streaming televisions are available in both bedrooms (50 inches) and in the living area (65 inches). The property is equipped with exterior cameras for guest security. The home is in a gentrification area surrounded by newly built townhomes and established neighbors. The area is extremely quiet. An abandoned home is a lot away from the home but it causes no issues.
