This is a newly constructed 6000 sq ft home near the very top of the Mountain High community in Mineral Bluff, GA, which is a development of around 450 acres of beautiful mountain property right on the border of North Carolina and Georgia. 20 minute drive to charming downtown Blue Ridge, McCaysville, Murphy. The views are unprecedented and truly breathtaking from all 3 levels. Each of the 5 bedrooms has an attached luxury full bath. Two of the bedrooms have their own private outdoor deck with fireplace and outdoor TV. In the lower level yoga room, we have 2 built-in queen bunk beds for guests.

Begin your day with coffee on one of the decks, staring out at the 180 degree long range mountain views. Watch as deer climb the surrounding slope. When you are ready to reinvigorate your body, try a quick immersion in the cold plunge on the lowest (spa) level deck, followed by a work out in the yoga / fitness room. Then relax and detox in the Finnish style Sauna, and finish your routine by relaxing in the hot tub. If you prefer a walk, trek through the neighborhood roads and get some great excercise in a safe, serene, upscale mountain community. For a more "formal" hike, drive to one of the local trails and hike to a waterfall or go horseback riding on forested trails in the Chattahoochee National Forest. Discover the thrill of an Ocoee River whitewater rafting adventure, ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway or treetop canopy adventure. Rent a pontoon boat, kayak or SUP on beautiful Lake Blue Ridge. Pick locally grown fruit at Mercier Orchards, a 65 year old family orchard. Play a round of golf at Old Toccoa Farm, Fannin County’s first and only golf course that fronts 4,000+ feet of the Toccoa River. Catch a trout on the tailwaters of the Toccoa River or a clear mountain stream; Blue Ridge is the Trout Fishing Capital of Georgia.
