No motorcycles, trailers, RVs, or golf carts are allowed in The Havens community.
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM – please be respectful of neighbors.
Pool rules must be followed: no glass, no diving, and children must be supervised at all times.
Parking permits (if required) must be displayed at all times; unregistered vehicles may be towed.
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Over-occupancy is strictly prohibited and may result in a $200 per day fine.
Please leave the property neat and tidy as you found it and report any damages immediately.

Lovely accommodation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: soft life + beach escape combo. Perfect for a calm coastal reset!!!
