OUR PROPERTY:
This property features a large living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen with a bar cart, and a fenced backyard with outdoor furniture and a fire pit, perfect to enjoy afternoons with family or friends.

The three spacious and comfortable bedrooms are each equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and ample clothing storage. Two out of the three bedrooms also have their own TV.

The fully fenced yard provides plenty of space for kids or pets to play safely, making it an ideal spot for both fun and relaxation. Enjoy quality time outdoors with your own fire pit, and comfy patio furniture.

Just a short stroll to the A’s Ballpark and only 1.1 miles from the Sacramento Kings’ Golden 1 Center, you’ll be right in the heart of the action. Enjoy easy access to local restaurants, cafes, and the scenic riverfront.
Historic Old Sacramento and the vibrant Downtown district are only 5 minutes away, offering family-friendly attractions by day and lively nightlife after dark.

You have access to the entire property except the bathroom closet and garage, used for our supplies.

The house was perfect for our girls weekend. If you were an early riser you can use the restroom away from the girls sleeping and grab a coffee and go outside to the inviting seating areas. We enjoyed that area in the evening also, with the fun lighting. We had some problem with the lock one time, but the host was “Johnny on the spot” and came to our rescue. Great stay!

We really loved staying here so much! We arrived at night and the house was well-lit for us to unload which was just perfect. The whole house was beautiful and so welcoming. We really loved that the house was extremely clean and organized. They also had everything we needed (and didn't bring) ready for us to use. Overall a really wonderful weekend for our family! Thank you for having us, we will be back again!

Very Clean and easy access to restaurants. Bed was very comfortable to me, I slept well which says a lot at my age. Host was responsive and accommodating. Couches were comfortable. This place is perfect if you are visiting for business in town. Note for those considering this rental. Bathrooms are not attached to any of the bedrooms. So you’ll have to walk down the hall.
