Super hosts and great location. Walking distance into Lincolnton. House extremely clean and hosts are nice enough to have coffee and cleaning supplies. 5 stars all the way

The sign-in progress was a bit difficult and not user friendly at all. It was difficult to get in touch with the owner and limited information was received. There was no wifii information and none of the outlets from both bathrooms were working! The house was clean!

This property was in a great location. There was plenty of room for all of us and it's pet friendly! All big wins for our family!We did have an issue with a critter chewing and clawing in the living room wall for hours! I sent a message to the owner and heard nothing back. I sent him a video so he could hear what was happening. No reply. The only thing we heard from him was good feedback was important and to please leave a review. I understand things like this happen, but to be completely ignored was a big disappointment. The neighborhood is safe. The property is clean, and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can walk into the cutest downtown. Shop, eat, and explore. Lots to see and do! But owner communication is less than stellar!
