You will enjoy the peace and quiet, here! Our house is in the back of a quiet family oriented neighborhood. The 2 room suite is on the first floor with private bathroom and kitchenette with microwave, small fridge and Kuerig, TV, Wifi for working from home or remote learning! Private entrance through a Large backyard. Separate heating/cooling control. NoN Smoking. Our family includes a friendly dog. There is a Farmers market 5 mins away. White Clay Creek Hike/Bike trails border backyard. 10 minutes to UofD, Delaware Technical & Community College and Goldey Beacom, Christiana Mall. Newark Main St. 30 Mins to Longwood Gardens. 20 Mins. to Hagley Museum and Winterthur. Long term rental welcome. Quiet location. Please indicate wether you need 1 king or 2 twins. Ihop is just a hop skip and jump away for breakfast!

Wine tours, beer tours, bike trails, Brandywine valley attractions, Parks and awesome restaurants. Day trips to Baltimore, Washington and Philadelphia. Did I mention the BEACH? History! Old New Castle and Dover. Delaware Park Casino 2 mins away. Art, culture, outdoor fun! Boating and Fishing too.Vineyard/Wineries and Beer trails too!
