Less than 5 miles from Downtown Blue Ridge this luxury lodge is perfect for couples or families. Our lodge features rustic charm with modern comforts such as a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with plush bedding, high speed internet, game room with ping pong that converts to a board game table, 80's video games, corn hole and poker table. Take in the spectacular views from nearly every room or step out onto the large open deck where you can cozy up next to the wood-burning fireplace or relax in the private 7 person hot tub. If it rains, you are in for a treat to the gentle sound of rain tapping on the metal roof creating soothing sounds as the world slows down around you.

HOUSE RULES – Please Read Before Booking!

We’re excited to host you at Awenasa Basin! To ensure a safe, relaxing, and respectful stay for everyone, please review the following rules:

No parties or events – This home is intended for quiet enjoyment only.

No smoking or vaping inside the home – A cleaning fee will apply if violated and you will be asked to leave immediately.

Pets are not allowed at this property. If you are found bringing a pet you will be asked to leave immediately and a cleaning fee will apply.

Only registered guests are allowed overnight – No unregistered guests.

Please respect quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM – Especially on the deck and in outdoor areas.

Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM – Early check-in or late check-out might be available by request.

Dispose of trash properly – Use designated bins and please make sure to only place BAGGED trash in the outside bin.

Outdoor fireplace & grill – Please turn off propane after each use and do not leave any fire unattended.

Report any damages – Accidents happen! Let us know right away so we can address them quickly.

By booking, you agree to follow our house rules and help us maintain the peaceful spirit of Awenasa Basin for all to enjoy.

Please note this cabin is in a new construction neighborhood and there may be construction noise from time to time.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the cabin or on decks. No Pets Allowed. Please bag all trash and place in outside trash.
This cabin is for relaxing, not partying. If a party is held, guests will be asked to leave, and a $100/hour cleaning fee will be charged for additional cleanup. No food in bedrooms, please.
Firewood is provided on the top deck for your stay. Do not use owner’s firewood under deck. Only flush toilet paper & human waste. Cabin has a septic system, anything else flushed can cause damage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful new house- very comfortable and fully stocked for a relaxing and fun stay. We enjoyed watching the horses at the farm and had many deer wandering close by.

Awenasa Basin Lodge is picture perfect and the hosts thought of all details to make the stay incredibly comfortable. The location is nestled away with a fantastic mountain view, but less than 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and fabulous outdoor fun. We have “hearted” the home so we can book another family retreat there again soon!

We had the best time at Brian’s cabin! We wanted a relaxing getaway for a week and that’s what we got! The cabin was extremely clean, the game room was so much fun with our kids, and the view overlooking the horse farm was magical! Truly a wonderful week with lots of memories made! Can’t recommend this cabin enough! We will be back.

We were very impressed by the home's appearance, the cleanliness, the comfort, the amenities, and the hosts! It's very difficult to find a home away from home to be able to relax and enjoy the surroundings, but we definitely found it with Awenasa Basin Lodge! The home with it's outdoor room was wonderful! We loved the fireplace and TV while enjoying cool breezes and warm coffee! We cannot wait to return!
