With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, two twin beds, a queen pullout couch and full size pullout couch, this nice retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends. The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. This home is in a quiet neighborhood 3 miles to Beaver stadium and a short 1 mile bike ride or walk downtown. The living room features comfortable couches and large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. Downstairs you can hang out in the game room with another large TV, couches, air hockey table and foosball table. There is a private patio out back with a table and lounge chairs to grill or hang out. Close to everything PSU, this is a great place to relax during your football weekend, graduation, and other events.

Our stay was very comfortable. The beds were cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with new quality cooking tools. The grill worked great. Quick drive into town/campus. Quiet neighborhood. Check in/out procedure was simple and communication was excellent.

We had a great stay here, with plenty of room for 7 of us in for the weekend for a youth tournament. It had everything we needed, was just far enough from the main drag. Clean and comfortable, some snacks provided.and there were even fresh cookies left for us. We will definitely rent again!
