Beautiful heritage , stone built and luxury decorated Villa HEAVEN No.2 is placed in village Muć Donji, near Split, in beautiful pine forest environment on 3000m2 large plot. Remote and isolated Villa is placed in very private area. Villa has 240m2, with fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms ( 75m2 + 20m2 ) and balcony. In center part of plot there is a large heated swimming pool ( 10m x 4.3 m) that is offering swimming in +25 Celsius heated water temperature, from early April till late October. Pool is surrounded by large sun terrace with deck chairs and also by 2 large outdoor terraces with bar and garden furniture. Both terraces offer beautiful view on pool and mountain view . Villa has its private sports terrain on 550 m2, composed of : basketball court 140 m2, football court on 160 m2, bocce court, badminton & volley ball court plus small mini golf course . Also, there is separate playground for small children, placed in beautiful flower garden with lots of trees ,that is surrounding Villa . Villa is just outside of a village , mind and body relaxing with lots of privacy for our guests and lots of outdoor activities on site. 6 mountain bikes in Villa are free for use on more than 65 km of superb mountain bike/quad forest routes that are placed just next to Villa. Walks in forest are daily routine for our guests, mind and body relaxing in hot Summer days because of freshness that pine forest is offering. Place is just 30 min drive to Split and local beach. We offer our local food and vine for our guests.
Luxury Villa Heaven No. 2 has 3 floors. Ground floor is 75 m2 large living room ( Dalmatian stone/wood built "konoba") with luxury interior, large billiard table , luxury seating furniture , large flat TV and audio system plus eating table. It offers great place for all day/night fun & party for guests. There is a bathroom too on this floor. Villa has been fully renovated in 2018. On 1st. floor there are: large new fully equipped kitchen , 2 bedrooms , bathroom and living room. It has a fireplace for winter period and air condition for summer period. Large balcony ( 30 m2) on this floor offers an outside lounge seating set and large kitchen table so guests can have lunch on open space or just space to enjoy with view on the pool and environment around the house.
On 2nd floor there are 3 large bedrooms with beautiful view on the pool and near by forest area . There is an large bathroom too on this floor.
Villa offers all that guests need for nice , relaxed and very private vacation in forest environment of middle Dalmatia . All big cities in region ( Split, Šibenik , Kastela , Omiš , Trogir ... ) or rivers ( Krka , Cetina) are in 30 to 60 min drive , so guests can see all of them during the day rush and still have their own private luxury place for relaxation with family and friends by the large pool or in our "konoba".

Schöne Ferienvilla mit großzügigem Grundstück

Wir waren 2 Familien mit 10 Personen und Hund. Das Haus ist sehr gut und umfangreich ausgestattet. Das ganze Ambiente und die Einrichtung lassen schon beim ersten Betreten Urlaubstimmung aufkommen. Das sehr große und eingezäunte Grundstück bietet nicht nur viel Platz sondern auch zahlreiche Freizeitbeschäftigungen wie großer Pool, Tennisplatz, Volleyball, Federball, Fußball, Minigolf. Im Haus zudem ein Billiardtisch, Dartscheibe, Bar. Auch die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön, abgelegen in der Natur, direkt an einem sehr großem Wald mit zahlreichen Wandermöglichkeiten und einigen felsigen Bergkuppen, die zum einfachen Klettern einladen. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und bestrebt den Gästen den besten und angenehmsten Aufenthalt zu bieten. Absolut Empfehlenswert!!!

From booking to arrival, the host - Ivan, was as helpful as we could have wished. He helped us organise cars, excursions, meals out. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent Villa and Brilliant Host

This is a beautiful remote villa surrounded by nature and wildlife. It has everything you could want - relaxation by the pool and activity with the games room and outside sports area. It is furnished to a very high standard. The villa is extremely clean. Ivan is an incredible host and on arrival gave us an amazing prosciutto and cheese meal, plus throughout the stay provided lots of advice on days out. Don’t wait, book this villa now!

Since 2016 we are offering great vacation to all our guests in Villa Heaven 1 and from 2018. also in Villa Heaven 2 . We have lots of experience in rental and large amount of happy guests who have visited this region, from our Villas as a starting point. Villas are placed in Bogdanovići and Muć Donji , just 30 min drive from Split.

Villa , heated pool and large property of 3000 m2 with sports courts and flower/tree garden are offering maximum privacy for our guests in forest area of Dalmatia. Villa is separated from other parts of village , placed just on the edge of large pine forest , with lots of on site activities. Guests have all they need , regarding Villa accommodation & equipment, kitchen and BBQ amenities, outdoor patio and lots of sports activities on site. So, in this hard times, this Villa and its area, are simply ideal place to be. Our guests will have, for sure, private, calm and mind/body relaxed vacation. As owners, we do offer our local food to guests, prepared or delivered , on site . We offer our prosciutto , vine , olive oil and other localy produced products , based on our guests needs or affinities . For guests who want to explore area, all attractions in middle Dalmatia : cities like Split , Šibenik , Omiš , Trogir... rivers Cetina, Krka , national parks Krka waterfalls or cultural amenities like Klis tower, Otavice mausoleum Meštrović, Sinj Alka museum etc are placed in range of 35 - 60 min drive from Villa.

Very large swimming pool and sun terrace are great for summer break holiday . But whole plot is just amazing for family vacation, mind and body relaxing area and breath taking view. Especially for those who look to have quiet , nice and unique vacation rental , outside of tourist rush . For active guests , Villa is placed on the start of the mountain bike off road course , more than 22 km long. Suitable for QUAD/ATV/moto cross , too. We do offer , provide and organize food and drinks , local ones for our guests, prepared on site or delivered to site, as our guests want it to be. Menu"s are presented on site or sent to our guest before their arrival.
