Excelente casa, boa localização!

Estávamos em busca de uma casa no Guarujá para passar o Carnaval. Visitamos a casa para saber se o imóvel condizia com o anúncio do site, e a impressão foi muito boa, superando as expectativas. Apesar de não ser "pé na areia" a localização é boa, conta com toda a infraestrutura e aparentemente seguro, e é possível ir caminhando até a praia (creio que 10 minutos de caminhada). O imóvel é bastante espaçoso, arejado e confortável. O destaque é a área da churrasqueira, extramamente ampla, bonita e equipada. Dois dos quartos são recém reformados. Um outro quarto é extremamente amplo, conta com um ar condicionado potente e comporta um bom número de pessoas. Boa piscina. Proprietário solicito, receptivo e sincero.
