The apartment offers a complete and functional setup, perfect for those seeking practicality without giving up comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner induction cooktop, a retractable range hood, a water purifier, refrigerator, microwave with grill, pop-up power tower, gourmet faucet, blender, sandwich maker, air fryer, and a coffee machine. In the bedroom, the queen-size bed, sofa bed, Reiki glass enclosure, and blackout roller shade ensure privacy and thermal comfort. These are complemented by a desk lamp and a dedicated workspace with an armchair, ideal for working from home. The bathroom features an electric shower, hairdryer, and a lamp with blue chromotherapy lighting, adding a relaxing touch to the space. For everyday needs, the apartment includes a clothes-drying rack, collapsible bucket, brooms, squeegee, dustpan, and vacuum cleaner. The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.
