With a peaceful natural backdrop and resort-style amenities, it’s a space designed to inspire connection, creativity, and relaxation — all just 30 minutes from Carowinds Amusement Park and 45 minutes from downtown Charlotte.

Please Note: The main home features a spacious, open-concept layout designed to bring people together. Two of the sleeping areas are separated by stylish metal gates and dividers rather than full doors, which adds to the home's airy feel but may offer less privacy for some guests. Additionally, due to the estate's peaceful rural location, cellular service can be spotty at times. However, once connected to the property's fast Wi-Fi, most guests find connectivity to be smooth for work, streaming, and everyday use.

We provide all linens, bath towels, pool towels, and a starter supply of essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, and laundry pods. Please plan accordingly for longer stays.

★ MAINTENANCE ★
Please Note: To ensure the pool and hot tub remain clean, safe, and fully operational throughout your stay, our certified pool technician services the property once per week. The visit is brief and your privacy will always be respected. We appreciate your cooperation in allowing this essential maintenance to take place during your stay.
