The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Furniture comfortable. The kitchen had necessary equipment, cookware, eating utensils(although the drawer was a bit difficult to maneuver), plates, cups, etc. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very communicative. I would recommend this place. Walk across the street to the beach!! Thanks Larry for the beautiful accommodations!!

Cozy little bungalow! Both bedrooms were good size with ample dresser space. Large working kitchen with a small two-seater table and a small kitchen bar counter with two stools. Note: No washer/dryer on premises. We did not use the outdoor seating, but there is a patio table and a couple chairs as well as a grill. Due to hard frost this past winter, yard and trees were affected and are still trying to recover from it. Note: There is at least one other rental on the property (a studio), so bungalow renters park on the right side of driveway, which was in the process of being enlarged during our stay. Minutes from activities and stores. All-in-all, it’s a great little place! I would stay again!
