I'm a retired high school teacher & I own and manage a medical cannabis grow. We are also ranchers and farmer and FarmHer. Farm house is outside of Tonkawa . Tonkawa Casino is (10) minutes away. The property is close to I-35 access, and HWY 60, they both are (10) minutes away.
Windmills are going up all around the farm. Windmill workers will be right on sight here. The ARM Sight is (10) minutes west from this farm as well.
Conveniently the farm is only (55) minutes within putting a boat on Kaw Lake, Ponca Lake is (20) minutes away too. Boats & RV's are welcome. There is plenty of room out here. NOC College is (10) minutes away, Blackwell is (15) minutes away, Ponca City OK city limits are (20) minutes, and Stillwater and Enid are under an hour drive. Wichita is an hour. Oklahoma City is an hour and half away. You will be centrally located on our farm.
Prices are better than a hotel or motel. You have the conveniences of a real home with TV, kitchen to cook in, and a washer and a dryer, just bring your own soap. This place is a quite country retreat, nestled in the grasslands. There is a fishing pond, an abundance of wild life and a spectacular sunset. So what ya waiting for ? Country living is the best living. You are safe and your life is slow paced and the air you breath is clean, and the sunsets are spectacular. Star gazing is easy because there is no city lights to mess up the vision of the Milky Way Galaxy.

What makes this property unique

Quiet country setting on the Oklahoma North Central Prairie. You have city amenities with a slow paced country life. There is a pond to fish in, sunsets to watch along with the occasional thunder storm. Quail, deer & pheasant are a common sight. Occasionally you will hear the lonesome howl of the coyote.
