Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of contrast here. Outstanding location and beach access. Outstanding front desk staff in manner, assistance and attitude. Hot water plentiful and air conditioning excellent. Condo floorplan excellent. Pool and pickle ball court well taken care of- but we did not use. Now the rest: Building exterior and elevator had me searching for an alternative location immediately. Scary old. Everything was sold out so we stayed. The view was excellent but the coffee maker old- wish I had known what it was ahead. Great quality glass glasses, plates and silverware but no cooking utensils of any kind and no real serving pieces. Interior had been updated but needed paint and the decking was so worn it was scary. No bathroom amenities except hand soap. Blanket on bed stained and scratchy material. Old upholstery couch we put a sheet on before sitting. The cleaning was excellent but it’s a very old, weather worn building and it shows. Pricing seemed very high compared to our far superior rental we stayed at in April just up the beach.. Clearly due to seasonal demand.
