Martha's place was clean and it was situated in a great location close to all conveniences that Sabaneta has to offer as well as easy access to the excellent metro system. I was happy I found Martha's place and I would like to book again for sure.

Johnny and his friends were excellent guests, very friendly, responsible, and good people, they also took care of the property, and had a wonderful behavior, we highly recommend them and hope they come back again

Why they chose this property

The apartment is in a prime location. It's in the border of Envigado, Sabaneta & Itagui, that's way you have many road connections to the rest of the City. Also a few steps from the building is the Itagui Metro station, the Mayorca Outlet and the Mayorca Mega shopping mall. You can find bars, restaurants, grocery stores, clinics, & entertainment in a Walk-in distance. Sabaneta is a traditional old town that reflect our paisa culture where you can find the original food, music, customs and very friendly people. Also you can enjoy a coffee with traditional empanada sitting outside of a coffee shop in a beautiful park of Sabaneta.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is very cozy, very clean, and very bright. The new fine furniture was selected by a designer test thinking in your comfort because you deserve the best. Also you can enjoy Netflix, movies, news, sports in a big TV, or a tea cup sit-down in our lovely chair at the balcony. the apartment has hot water in all taps, air condition, two fans, rain shower and much more.
