This modern coastal condo boasts stunning sunset views over the golf course, water and preserve. Golf membership transfer available. Wellen Park Golf and Country Club includes resort style amenities and is within minutes of Downtown Wellen Park and the Braves Spring Training Facility (Cool Today Park). Some of the best gulf coast beaches are within a 15 minute drive! This condo is beautifully decorated and offers 2 bedrooms with a king and queen bed, as well as 2 full bathrooms. We have put a lot of care and attention to setting up the condo with quality furniture and things to make the stay more seamless. There is a dedicated parking space and dedicated storage space (across from your the condo front door) where we have a beach wagon, pickleball paddles, beach chair, umbrella, etc. that may be used to store additional items. There is a TV in the master and living room. There are fans in the lanai, living room and both bedrooms. Many items have been included in this unit to make your stay enjoyable and seamless.
