Great place to stay near beatiful Avellanas beach. Very spacious house and it is very well equipped. Owner is super responsive. There were no real issues to address, as the house is very new and in top condition. The subdivision is spotless and secure. Overall, excellent place to stay. Only drawback is the dirt roads that lead to the house

False advertisement is our number one complaint. This listing claims use of an on site fitness center. This was our number one reason for booking this place. There was some mention from the property manager of future plans for a fitness center but absolutely nothing like that on site during our stay. The property managers really dropped the ball. We were promised PDFs for good recommendations for beach horseback riding, grocery stores, etc…nothing received. Our sliding glass door wasn’t functional on one side and the manager said maintenance would arrive to address it Monday morning…no one came. We were promised 2 additional beach towels for our guests who were yet to arrive…no one brought them. This is a new property so of course it’s clean and beautiful but we still can’t figure out what the property managers do.
