Newly renovated townhome in downtown Winter Park with easy access to world-class skiing, mountain biking, dining, shopping, and concerts. Designed for families and groups up to 8, this peaceful retreat offers private parking, a professional boot/gear dryer, and a fun retro gaming station.
Thoughtful, high-end updates, a well-equipped kitchen, and smart TV's throughout make it an ideal home base for unforgettable mountain memories year-round. The townhome is steps away from the bus stop with free passage to Winter Park ski resort. After skiing, kick back in one of our recliners in front of the fireplace and 75" TV.
This townhome has a tri-level layout. Downstairs are two bright bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom, extra vanity, and boot dryer. Upstairs is the main living area with the updated kitchen, dining space, and comfortable living room and another full bathroom with heated tile floors. The third bedroom is a loft which looks down over the living room and has 4 twin beds with reading light and easy phone charger access. The loft also hosts a fun, retro gaming corner with classic Nintendo and Sega games. There is a small private patio off the kitchen in addition to an exterior, lockable ski closet next to the front door for ski and snowboard storage.

My family loves Winter Park! I grew up skiing here with my parents, and I'm happy to share the love of Winter Park with my children now. I have also grown to love Winter Park for mountain biking at Trestle in the summer. Shout out to my wife for buying me those extra shin guards!
Why they chose this property
We chose this location as it will be a ski in/ski out once the town's gondola goes in, and we love the proximity to Cooper Creek Square and Hideaway Park.
What makes this property unique
After the connecting gondola and ski-back trail goes in, this property will be in a unique position to be able to be close to downtown and a ski in/ski out! We also love the boot/gear dryer amenity, funky mural, and retro gaming station upstairs. We set up the loft to be an appealing place for kids of all ages, and the updated kitchen and living room allow for a tranquil environment to make a meal and kick back in front of the fire after a day on the slopes.
