Absolutely loved our week here. House was great, so much room for the 8 of us! We spent the week outside in the pool. So quiet and relaxing but close enough to town when needed. Kids loved watching the animals. They got to pet the horses when close enough. They loved the dogs that came to visit especially when Finn snuck in and jumped in the pool with us. Owners live close and quick to respond. Had an issue with the kitchen sink and they were there within hours to fix. Only complaint was the upstairs beds were quite noisy. One suggestion would be to add a fire pit. Overall great week spent here. Would definitely stay here again.
We booked this house for our whole family(8 adults ) to spend a day at Callaway Garden’s Christmas . We loved this place . It was close to everything without being in the busy places. The owners were very responsive. We enjoyed the fireplace and loving on the horses . We hope to go back durning the summer to enjoy the pool.
Very clean and stocked with all you need for cooking on site.
This home and property was exactly what we needed and more! Our son was getting married at a nearby venue and this was the perfect retreat for our family. Our grandchildren love the pool and the animals, especially the horses. My favorite spot was the front porch swing. It was So peaceful and spacious I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The hosts were nearby & so great! I would love to go back! It was just what we needed and more.
Our family enjoyed a peaceful getaway at this spacious and comfortable home. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. We spent most of our time at the pool and on the front porch enjoying the serene view and sounds of the farm. The kids loved the pool, the horses, the chickens and the dogs. Everyone had a wonderful time. Thank you Emily for being such an attentive and gracious host!
Visiting with children and grandchildren from different states. We enjoyed the pool and the large "Gaming room".
we could set up puzzles on one table and played games on the other tables.
Overall very comfortable.
A nice farmhouse with character, but I did not know it was in the middle of a pasture that has been used frequently by horses and cows. Watch your step! Once the repairs and upgrades are made, it will be an above-average VRBO, and we would consider coming back. The owners live nearby and responded quickly to my concerns.
Had a great time at this property. Only thing I would suggest is for the upstairs extremely hot. Would get up to the 80’s during the day and part of the night and then cool down. Very in comfortable for the majority of the travelers

Best place to stay in GA!
This is my first experience and it has set the bar super high! The owners are fantastic and helped out with things that were above and beyond. The place was clean and ready when we got there. When we go back to GA, I really hope we are able to rent the same place again. I could go on for days about how great the place was and how the owners treated us like family, but let's be honest.... the longer the review, the less people will read it!
I cannot express how much I loved my vacation on this property. The owners were first class! I only wish that we could have stayed longer. The pool was amazing, the atmosphere was the best. So peaceful and quiet. We were able to just sit on the front porch, not stress out about anything going on and relax while watching nature and farming...I could go on and on, but the family that owned the property was one of the nicest families I have ever met. They treated us like we were their family. I have no complaints about anything. I just hope that the place is available the next time we are out there!

Chris, The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:Owner's response: "Chris, We work very hard to uphold our values and to show every guest that we are here for them whenever needed. From the first time you contacted us, we tried to accommodate your requests. We tried to work with your schedule to get the ice maker fixed, but you could not find a time that worked so that the repairmen could come by and get it taken care of. The ice maker has been repaired and we have not had any issues with it or with the water side. We provided you and your family with bags because of this inconvenience and there were bags left after you vacated. We asked for a little time to come over and mow the lawn and you said we could do it when you were not in the home but when we tried you would not allow us to come over. We had rain for days on end and that is why the grass was a little longer than usual, and we tried to explain that to you. We understand you did not want to be bothered and that's ok but it did not get done because you would not give us a chance. You mentioned to us while at the property that the grill was dirty, this is just an old grill that does not get used and yes it did have a few old ashes in the bottom. However, this seemed to be the only issue while you were in our home. You did not complain or bring up any issues regarding cleanliness. We have been lucky enough to have the same cleaning crew since we started renting and they have done a tremendous job for us. We have received reviews raving about the cleanliness and they have a very strict regimen that ensures all our guests walk into a home that is 100% clean and sanitized. If you had any issues we wish you had brought this to our attention while in the home rather than in your review.Regarding the pool, we have it regularly maintained and it was cleaned just before your party arrived. You said that the skimmers had trash, the Pool skimmers are designed to draw water from the surface and suck it through the pool's filtration system. About the top 1/8 inch of water is drawn into the skimmer helping remove the contaminants and debris such as sunscreen, hair, and leaves from the pool before they sink to the bottom. It was working and we were ensured by the maintenance they were not full of trash and working properly. We take great pride in our home and are happy to be able to share it with others, your family were very nice and they told me how much they enjoyed the house and that everything was great, we're sorry that you did not feel the same way.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."
Checkin was fine, couldn't get the tv's to work at first, sent several messages no response called virbo to get host telephone number, pool is not labeled to show how deep, water stopped working host fixed while we were out. They have 5 car limit i understand but we were leaving a family reunion so we had about 8 cars for about an hour host lives next door to airbnb so i was called and told i had to many cars.I then asked some of my family to leave while their leaving someone is headed to us on an ATV but you could here someone yell "BRING YOUR ASS BACK HERE .After this we immediately packed our things, cleaned up and left a day early no longer felt safe.NEVER AGAIN .They also have 2 big dogs that came up to the front porch parking so bad at my cousin.i told the owner about that as well. And the rail is broken on the side on the back porch.only lights inside the pool at the pool area to dark at night for kids.

The right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We responded the morning after check-in to assist with the TV once we became aware of the issue, and showed how to use the remote.- We noticed a higher number of visitors and vehicles than the five-car limit allows, so we kindly reminded guests of this policy for safety and consideration.- Our listing clearly notes that the property is a working farm with dogs on-site, and the guests described the dogs as friendly during our conversations.- We were confused about your comment because at no point did we confront you in person or arrive on an ATV as mentioned in the review. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Close to all the area attractions but feels as if you are in someone’s backyard
This house was conveniently located to the Wild Animal Safari, Callaway Gardens and Pine Mountain Downtown. All are within a 10-15 minute drive. House has plenty of space for a large party.
I found the “on 25 acre” description of the property a bit misleading. The house is located right next to a horse barn and the owner’s (I’m assuming) home. The pictures of the property also do not show this close proximity. For me, this was expected and one reason we decided to cut our trip short and leave a night early.
The overall house condition was good however outdated. The house had not been cleaned well before our arrival as there were dead bugs and live moths all in the home. There was also used tissue and trash under the master bed.

Hi Jessica, we're glad that you enjoyed the location and size of this property, but we're sorry it didn't exceed your expectations. We followed up with the homeowners, who wanted to share the following:
- The barn you mentioned is about 100 yards away from the house. We do bring our horses there to saddle or feed them some days; many guests enjoy the opportunity to meet the animals!
- Our home is also located on the property, and we're sorry that this caught you off guard. It is about 300 yards from the rental, with trees in between for added privacy.
- Living so close means that we are always available to address concerns immediately, and we encourage our renters to call or text us should any issues arise. We would have been happy to come over and clean up any bugs or trash our cleaners may have missed.
- We did share your comments with our cleaning team, along with a reminder of the high standards we have for the home.
We appreciate your feedback and are confident that future guests will continue to enjoy five-star stays here!
The owners Chance and Emily were awesome! We had a slight problem with the TV and Chance was awesome about helping us resolve the problem! Everything was clean and neat! The beds slept great! The front porch was so peaceful to sit and watch the owners little girls ride horses. We will definitely be back for another stay!
Our large family had plenty of room to enjoy our Thanksgiving. The house had everything we needed. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely stay again next time we travel here.
The house was perfect for our quilting guild. There was a large room for setting up the sewing machines and other quilting stations. Hostess was quick to solve any problems and listened to our suggestions. It was a very quiet location and the very short ride into Pine Mountain was beautiful with the fall colors. The beds were very comfortable and the living space was excellent for our group.
We had such an awesome vacation at this home in Pine Mountain. We enjoyed the pool, the home and the quiet rural location away from traffic. There were plenty of things to do within driving distance including the FDR Little White House and museum, shopping and movies just a short drive away. We have some runners in the family and since it was such a quiet area, they were able to get some awesome long runs in on the back roads. Owners were responsive, friendly and helpful. One of the best vacations ever!
Remodeled Master Suite. LG teen BR. LG family eating area. Kitchen needs remodel. But, appliances are newer. We had fun in the large space. Kids loved the farm animals. Close to Callaway. Great pool. Needs awning.
