This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Fairway Village condo is perfectly designed to sleep 7 guests. This deluxe retreat offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing getaway. The spacious living room features a couch and chairs, fireplace, a 55" flat-screen TV with cable and Blu-ray player. The fully equipped kitchen boasts marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and ample dining space. Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Place used towels on the floor of the shower/bathtub • Strip the beds and place used linens in the pillowcases. Any beds not occupied do not have to be stripped
• Clean lint filter and wipe down rubber ring in dryer • Leave washing machine door ajar after use to prevent odor and mildew • Place all dishware in the dishwasher and start
• Empty trash and recycling in designated trash area before leaving • Turn off lights, close all shades downstairs, lock sliding back door

Condo was great - comfortable easy access to skiing - nice layout for family - only disappointment was wanted to use the grill but it was covered in snow and would have ripped the cover if we removed - also wanted to make a fire and no wood provided - fireplace was awesome once we found a place to buy wood - table really only sits 4 - host was quick to respond back

John's place was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed for our long weekend. The location is great - so close to multiple ski areas and area shops and restaurants. We happened to be there the weekend of the Quechee Club's annual fireworks and torch parade down the ski slopes which we could watch from afar just up the road from the unit. We had a small complication with accessing the unit at first, but once we were able to reach John, he was incredibly helpful, got us into the place, and made sure we didn't have any other issues for the rest of our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
