Cozy living Free WIFI 30 Mbps Unifi Airport & City

Our condo is just 5 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to the city center and Tanjung Aru beach. It is walking distance to the train station. A jetty is also nearby should you want to visit the islands.

The unit has a washing machine and a communal dryer. The kitchen is also functional. The unit is fully air conditioned. The condo comes with a parking bay, its also easy to get an Uber.

The condo location is very convinient, its close to the city and other attraction but is still able to remain in a tranquil section of town.

I was in the tourism industry for 17 years, I stoped working when I had my twins. Having a rental home allows me to continue doing something that I love, which is meeting new people and learning new cultures and helping visitors get the best experience in my beloved city Kota Kinabalu.

Why they chose this property

I love that the condo is near the city and not in it, it allows it to be peacefull and relaxing and yet still accesable to city amenities when i wish to venture into it.

What makes this property unique

Its close to Tanjung Aru beach and Perdana Park, which i love to bring the twins too. Its also near the Sabah Train station and we plan to go on a trip to Papar soon.
